YOU SO GOT THIS! Join the Hall sisters 3x a week for the next 4 weeks as you bust out short—but mighty—workouts. Each day a different focus from lower body to upper body to core. Each week gets a bit more intense than the one before.

Break it up any way you’d like! Feeling amp’d? Stack ‘em and knock out more than one in day. Feeling sore? Take that rest day in between. Whatever you do, commit! Use our tracker to keep yourself motivated and inspired.
